This recipe is probably the number 1 reason that I own an Instant Pot. It makes cooking corn on the cob super easy and they turn out great every time. Now the only issue left is to get amazing sweet corn every month of the year!

  • Remove the husks and silk from 6 ears corn. Place a steamer basket or small wire rack in the bottom of an Instant Pot.
Cut the corn in half and stand them on end on the basket. Add 1 cup water and set the Instant Pot to 5 minutes on high pressure.
  • Quick release the pressure on the Instant Pot. Carefully use tongs to move the corn to a plat. Empty out any remaining water from the pot.
  • Use the warm pot or microwave to melt 8 tbsp unsalted butter. Pour the butter over the corn and serve with salt & pepper{# salt & pepper #}.
